Clients can request service cancellation by emailing support@natlov.com or calling +91 62870 65601 with a valid reason.
For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Clients must submit refund requests via email to accounts@natlov.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
A processing fee (including bank charges and applicable taxes) will be deducted.
Clients should contact our support team for disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Chargeback initiation will result in immediate service suspension until resolved.
